The investment details are as follows:

The exclusive pre-launch price yields amazing returns of 21.1% p.a., GUARANTEED by a bank bonded purchase guarantee. This is a NET return, as all management fees and the initial investment have been discounted already!

•  One-off prelaunch price of 25,000 US$ per 10,000 m2 (1 hectare) of land.
•  Land ownership in the form of a 20 year lease.
•  Paulownia Elongata certified species to be planted.
•  660 trees per hectare are allocated to each investment unit.
•  One unit produces 528 m3 of timber over 20 yrs.
